You have a story you stopped telling yourself.
Not because it does not matter.
Because it felt too dangerous to touch.
This eight-week laboratory is where you approach that story carefully, artistically, and on your own terms.
Not as confession.
Not as therapy.
As material.
Meet Your Facilitator
Filipe Valle Costa
Filipe Valle Costa is the Artistic Director of Saudade Theatre and the facilitator of The Unspeakable Story.
His work lives at the intersection of performance, personal narrative, ritual, movement, and theatrical composition. In this laboratory, Filipe guides artists into the creative territory most people avoid, not by forcing a confession, but by helping them find form, structure, and artistic possibility.
He creates a room where artists can go deeper without being pushed past their own agency.

"Filipe doesn’t just teach the craft, he lives it. He weaves life, literature, and personal stories into every session in a way that makes each moment feel grounded, alive, and transformative. He never lets you stay small, even on the hard days." — Past Student
